About Warner Center

Located in the north central part of Woodland Hills, this community is positioned in southwestern area of the San Fernando Valley with Calabasas on the west, West Hills on the north and Tarzana on the east. Over the years, with its rising popularity, the expanded boundaries have become approximately Shoup Ave. on the west, Victory Blvd. on the north, Desoto Blvd. on the east and the 101 freeway on the south. It has become a thriving community within a community and has earned every bit of its recognition. 


Warner Center Development

What makes the Warner Center community so popular is how well planned it was in it's development.  Offering a wide variety of condominium complexes with apartment and townhouse style units.  Ranging in size from 400 sq.ft. studios to as large as 2200 sq. ft. townhouses.  Most complexes offer a pool and spa and, in some cases, multiple pools, spas and some with tennis courts.  The central part of the area was originally Warner Ranch and most of it was developed from the mid 70´s to the mid 80´s. 


Warner Center Highlights

In some cases within walking distance, there is centrally located Warner Park with a permanent stage for summer concerts and other activities, a playground area, lots of shade trees with tables and benches.  Also a number of great restaurants like Kate Mantilini, P. F. Chang's, Maggaino's, TGI Friday, CA Pizza Kitchen, Nicola's Kitchen, Villa Piacere, Monty's and many more and shopping with two Westfield Centers offering Nordstrom´s, Sears, Maceys and movie theaters.  Recently opened are The Village, Costco and much more. There are also office buildings sprinkled throughout the community offering walk to work opportunities.  The 101 freeway is conveniently located offering easy and quick access to other areas such as Malibu Beach (45 min), Santa Barbara (1 hour), Hollywood (45 min), Universal Studios, (20 min) and skiing at Big Bear Mountain (1 hour 45 min).  The new rapid transit Orange Line is now available.
