About Warner CenterLocated in the north central part of Woodland Hills, this community is positioned in southwestern area of the San Fernando Valley with Calabasas on the west, West Hills on the north and Tarzana on the east. Over the years, with its rising popularity, the expanded boundaries have become approximately Shoup Ave. on the west, Victory Blvd. on the north, Desoto Blvd. on the east and the 101 freeway on the south. It has become a thriving community within a community and has earned every bit of its recognition.
Warner Center DevelopmentWhat makes the Warner Center community so popular is how well planned it was in it's development. Offering a wide variety of condominium complexes with apartment and townhouse style units. Ranging in size from 400 sq.ft. studios to as large as 2200 sq. ft. townhouses. Most complexes offer a pool and spa and, in some cases, multiple pools, spas and some with tennis courts. The central part of the area was originally Warner Ranch and most of it was developed from the mid 70´s to the mid 80´s. Newer construction continues.
